Rachel was born and raised in Hanover, PA and is a 2007 graduate of Hanover Senior High School. Upon high school graduation, Rachel entered directly into the work force, where she was able to gain knowledge of the hospitality, retail, and promotional products industries, ultimately focusing on sales and marketing. In 2017, she joined the Keith Smith team where she has utilized her previous work experience and outgoing personality. Rachel is the first face you see when you walk into the office and the almost always the first voice you hear when you call in. Her focus is assisting the estimating department, but she also maintains our social media platforms, assists with human resource tasks and manages office inventory.
Rachel resides in Hanover and enjoys kayaking, going to concerts, being outside and spending time with her friends and family.
